The Pretty Pintastic Party #55

22.5.15 By Annie N 1 Comment

GOOD MORNING!

How has your week been?

Mine has been pretty good, I started doing HIIT workouts last week and I’ve now done 5. They are killer! I’m seriously sore and have used muscles I didn’t even know I had, but they are actually fun as it’s not just getting on the cross trainer like I’m used to. I never know what’s coming next and I like that!

I suffer with my back afterwards, but then if I sit and do nothing it’s really bad too, so I feel like at least it’s a “good” kind of pain because I’m trying to stay flexible and fit. It’s a complete double edged sword; medical advice used to be to stay still, resting a lot, but nowadays we’re told to keep moving even if it hurts.

I’m just plodding on, waiting for a hospital appointment. What I wouldn’t give for one pain free day.

Anyway, onto this week’s party; there were loads of gorgeous bakes and crafts in last week’s party and I can’t wait to see what you’ve been up to this week! Have a great weekend!

Welcome to the Pretty Pintastic Party where all posts are pinned; features pinned by all!

Important:  Once again this week, we had to have to pass over a few posts that we thought would make great features…. but when we checked to see if the bloggers had pinned the features, they hadn’t, so we had to choose different features (we check not only the repins, but also pins from that blogger’s feed).

Since repinning is the ONLY rule at our party, we will ONLY choose features from those who repin.

Thanks for your understanding, and please know that we really appreciate those of you who DO repin!
