A vanilla sponge packed with raspberries, layered with a melt in your mouth caramel frosting and more raspberries. A simple cake which is easy to make and sure to please! Can we just talk about how beautiful raspberries are for a minute please?
Hello strangers!! This is a long, wordy post. If you just want the recipe, then skip straight to the bottom! 😀 You honestly have no idea how happy I am to be sitting here writing this. UNI IS OVER!
Welcome to this month’s Secret Recipe Club! This marks my first month back at Uni and it has been CRAZY! I’m living and breathing research at the moment and I literally have no time for anything else.
Blimey, it’s been so crazy here recently! Research for all my Uni stuff, writing my cookbook, writing recipes, photographing recipes…. the list goes on!
Hey there!! I’m contributing over at Reasons to Skip The Housework today. Head on over there to check out the recipe for these amazing cake bars. They have fresh raspberry purée in the cake batter and swirled into the top, to create a pretty and flavourful cake bar! You seriously don’t want to miss them!
I’ve finally got a new laptop! I’ve had my old one for 5 years, which my OH loves to tell me is practically pre-historic in computer terms. Yes, yes I know, but it worked up until recently, so I didn’t see the need to buy a new one.
I’m backkkkkkkkkkk!! I have one report left to write and then Uni is finished for the Summer. Had my major project hand in last week which was what I was spending all of my time on and then I busted my knee and have been stuck on the sofa after a trip to A&E; 🙁
Now, I love my boyfriend to the moon and back. But sometimes I just don’t get him.
