Raspberry Lime Smoothie

This Raspberry Lime Smoothie is perfect for cooling down on a hot day or as a post workout pick me up. It's sweet, tart, fruity and full of good ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (250g) frozen raspberries
  • Juice of 2 small limes
  • 1 cup (260g) raspberry yoghurt, low fat or full fat; I used Muller light
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) milk of your choice, I used skimmed milk; you can use almond, soy etc
  • Lime slices and fresh raspberries to garnish, optional

Instructions

  • Place the frozen raspberries, lime juice, raspberry yoghurt and milk into your blender and pulse until smooth.
  • Divide between two glasses, garnish with a fresh raspberry and lime slice, if you want, and enjoy!
  • Raspberry Lime Smoothie is best enjoyed on the day you make it, but will keep in the fridge for 1 day.
