This Raspberry Lime Smoothie is perfect for cooling down on a hot day or as a post workout pick me up. It's sweet, tart, fruity and full of good ingredients!

Ingredients
2cups(250g) frozen raspberries
Juice of 2 small limes
1cup(260g) raspberry yoghurt,low fat or full fat; I used Muller light
1/2cup(120ml) milk of your choice,I used skimmed milk; you can use almond, soy etc
Lime slices and fresh raspberries to garnish,optional
Instructions
Place the frozen raspberries, lime juice, raspberry yoghurt and milk into your blender and pulse until smooth.
Divide between two glasses, garnish with a fresh raspberry and lime slice, if you want, and enjoy!
Raspberry Lime Smoothie is best enjoyed on the day you make it, but will keep in the fridge for 1 day.
