Mixed Berry and Vanilla Smoothie
This Mixed Berry and Vanilla Smoothie is the perfect post workout pick me up or quick lunch. Fruity and sweet, it's a favourite in my house that I make almost every day!
- 2-3 tbsp sweetener of your choice; this can be honey/agave/powdered sweetener. I used powdered sweetener
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup (heaping 170g) frozen mixed berries
- 1 cup (240ml) milk; any milk. I've used skimmed, unsweetened soy and oat milk.
- 1 tbsp rolled oats, optional
Place the sweetener and vanilla into your blender, then add the berries and milk. Add in the oats, if using.
Pulse the ingredients until smooth, around 45 seconds. Divide between two small glasses or one large and enjoy!
