This Mixed Berry and Vanilla Smoothie is the perfect post workout pick me up or quick lunch. Fruity and sweet, it's a favourite in my house that I make almost every day!

Ingredients
2-3tbspsweetener of your choice;this can be honey/agave/powdered sweetener. I used powdered sweetener
1tbspvanilla extract
1cup(heaping 170g) frozen mixed berries
1cup(240ml) milk;any milk. I've used skimmed, unsweetened soy and oat milk.
1tbsprolled oats,optional
Instructions
Place the sweetener and vanilla into your blender, then add the berries and milk. Add in the oats, if using.
Pulse the ingredients until smooth, around 45 seconds. Divide between two small glasses or one large and enjoy!
