Mixed Berry and Vanilla Smoothie

This Mixed Berry and Vanilla Smoothie is the perfect post workout pick me up or quick lunch. Fruity and sweet, it's a favourite in my house that I make almost every day!

Ingredients

  • 2-3 tbsp sweetener of your choice; this can be honey/agave/powdered sweetener. I used powdered sweetener
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (heaping 170g) frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup (240ml) milk; any milk. I've used skimmed, unsweetened soy and oat milk.
  • 1 tbsp rolled oats, optional

Instructions

  • Place the sweetener and vanilla into your blender, then add the berries and milk. Add in the oats, if using.
  • Pulse the ingredients until smooth, around 45 seconds. Divide between two small glasses or one large and enjoy!
