In this hot weather, who wants to spend hours making and rising dough for sweet breakfast rolls? You just have to try these 30 minute Strawberry rolls made with shop-bought puff pastry, you could have breakfast on the table with next to no work! A fresh twist on everyone's favourite cinnamon rolls!
*I baked the batch I photographed in a square pan like traditional rolls I've made before, but I realised that when I baked them on a tray they puffed up more. *This filling is quite runny, this is fine, it bakes up fine with the flour in. You may make a slight mess on the work top though, so make sure you have plenty of space or a silicone pastry mat, so you can just pick it up and wash it. (mine is an absolute life saver!) *This recipe makes plenty for you to spoon lots over if you want to! We just prefer less glaze! Recipe by Annie of Annie's Noms
