Servings 1 large or 2 small glasses

Place all ingredients into a food processor and blitz until smooth and creamy.
Be sure to give it a good blitz (45 seconds - 1 minute) even if all the banana chunks have gone, mixing for longer makes it creamier.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
