Mango, Grapefruit and Banana Smoothie
This Mango, Grapefruit and Banana Smoothie marries the strong, tart flavours of grapefruit with the soft, creamy taste of banana and tropical, sweet mango. Filling, fruity and just perfect to inject some sunshine into your day!

Servings 1 large or 2 small glasses
small red grapefruit,
segmented and peeled
with flesh scooped out
previously sliced and frozen
sweetener of your choice;
(I used Truvia, my partner used agave)
Place grapefruit, mango and frozen banana into your blender and blitz until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute.
Add in sweetener, if using, a little at a time until the smoothie is sweet enough.
